Proviga recruiting COMMITTED players (plat +) for ranked 5v5 team

We have been wanting to do some 5v5 ranked for a while now and have been forming a legit team that plans to play regularly. We want 5 main players as well as several subs that are able to fill more than one role, and do it well. You must be at least 17 years old and ranked gold or higher (preferably plat or higher) to be considered for the team. So far we currently have had 34 applicants as potential team members ranging from gold to diamond. However most have shown their true colors as flakes or simply wish to make it to the LCS without ever playing wanting to be around when the team schedules to do so. It is important to mention that THE BEST AND MOST COMMITTED PLAYERS ON THE TEAM WILL BE THE ONES THAT PLAY. Looking to fill each lane with subs and people who can fill more than one role. Also will be required to use Curse Voice because it uses less bandwidth than Skype (this means it makes you lag less than Skype). We will give everyone that applies here the opportunity to play with us and see how you fit with the team. (may also be looking for a coach if someone is interested).

Expectations:

  1. Maturity (main reason for age limit. No raging or blaming teammates especially in game. Keep a calm cool head).
  2. Willingness to improve and play your best when it matters.
  3. Have and use Curse Voice team chat.
  4. Keep commitments (if you say you'll be on at a certain day and time, follow through).
  5. Be able to have fun playing this game we love!
  6. Don't start a F$%&ing match when we are about to play soon.

I believe the mindset and mentality out of game translates into stronger ingame play from the team. Shotcalling, I have brought teams to National Titles and competed at international LANs for another game, high pressure and high steaks is what im all about and the right call at the right time. My biggest strength is my potential, my willingness to compete and desire to improve. Biggest Weaknesses: Ill always have a weakness, everybody has a weakness and as you get better your weaknesses may diminish, but there will always be something to work on. Role: AD Carry

Main Champions in role: Jinx, Tristana, Vayne, Sivir (can learn and adapt to others, those are just my best ones)

Strengths: I consider my main strengths to be my positional intuition and mechanical ability as an AD Carry. Additionally, although I don't have any League team experience I'd say that my value as a team mate is also valuable. I don't take things personally (am willing to give and take criticism, and am willing to voice my opinion on incoming criticism) and am interested in long term improvement when I find a team that I fit well with (commitment).

Weaknesses: I sometimes have trouble when playing from behind. When I do well in lane, I do well throughout the game, but when I'm behind I sometimes find it hard to make a meaningful impact on the game before it's too late.

Extra Information: Please note that as a working guy, I have restrictions on my availability. I'm around weekdays 8pm-12am EST (except Monday) and mostly open on weekends. Can possibly be a bit later, but generally can't go much later than 1-2am on weekdays. Please drop me a message or comment reply here before adding me in game (so I'll know who to look for).
