Looking for a team

Looking for a serious team or organization/company that owns a team. I want a team that sticks to there set practice schedule and has goals set for the team. I have Skype and teamspeak. I am really good at communicating and for the 2015 season I am looking to get Diamond 5. If you own a team that is serious and will not disband in 4 days please contact me in game.
