Neon Black Gaming looking to fill ranked 5's team with anyone willing to try their best!

Basic Philosophy: Neon Black Gaming is looking for anyone willing to play ranked fives and improve themselves in terms of all aspects of their gameplay. Anyone is welcome as long as you always try your best to improve no matter what. We accept anyone, and if the first team fills up we can make a second ranked team. Our goal is to have fun, but our philosophy is based on the idea that winning is fun.

Skill: Does not matter Rank: Does not matter Age: Does not matter All that matters is that you want to play to win.

Info: Even though all the stuff I've said so far may make this seem like some sort of meritocracy dictatorship, I swear that I am a lighthearted person and we will still have fun. I accept anyone unless your position is taken. Our regularly scheduled ranked 5s will be 5-10pm Saturday and 2-5pm Sunday, and it is required that you be available for at least these times(other times can be scheduled during the week and such if everyone has time). The only other requirement besides the previously mentioned ones is that you must have curse voice and a mic. I would also like most of our players to have a way for me to view their games in real time such as team viewer, but it is not required(highly preferred though). I am a "coach," but if anyone wants to apply to be a coach they can do so. I am not the most highly ranked(Gold III), but I have found that observing peoples' games it is easier to see mistakes even if I myself am not amazing. I easily find advice I could give to Masters+ players when observing them play so I'm sure I can find advice for anyone out there minus the pros.

(Even though my writing style is very formal I swear to God I am not like this IRL, even though I expect everyone to try hard we can still be casual buddies :D)
