LF 4 people for practicing games

Hello, I am looking for 4 people for practicing games. The requirements are: -medium english -to be able to play at least 2 roles -around gold I need a team that can socialize through skype, discord or curse for my twich channel. It is possible to play ranked games(5 vs 5) after a while.
