Building "Flex Gaming" ( gold and higher ranks please )

Hey everyone, I'm looking to build a new team, "Flex Gaming". I currently coach another 5 man team but we really haven't played ranked games. The goal of this team is to bring gold and higher solo and duo Que players into a full 5 man squad where we can verbally communicate with each other. I'm an easy going coach and can easy adapt to everyone's play and help the team mesh properly. I would love to see this team take off and make it into gold or plat ranked 5 man. If interested please add me and message me in game regaurding Flex Gaming. I'm generally on from 5pm to 11pm Pacific time.

Seeing as how you yourself aren't even gold, I find your "Gold and higher solo que players" search a bit hypocritical.

yes I'm not gold, that dosent mean I can't coach. Understanding the game and being able to give people an outside view on what they might be doing wrong is different then actually playing.

Then why the ranked requirement? I'd imagine that if someone were willing to take constructive criticism from a coach, anyone in any division would do. So, for example, a bronze 3 player willing to work together and get feedback on what they're doing wrong would fit who you're looking for just as well as a gold+ player would.

You're 100% right, it's just with this specific team I would like higher ranked player's. The other team I coach has guys in bronze, silver, and gold. But I conpletly understand the point you're making.
