LF Help, In a losing streak, dont know what to do

Started off ranked as gold 4, with gold 3 mmr, did fine first few games then lost every game now. taken breaks, everything, it has been 3 days. now my mmr is silver 3, and im in dire need of help. I dont play like shit, you can look up my match history, i win my lane literally every game but it doesnt matter at all. Really need help, will gift you.
