(Diamond-Plat/NA) LF Coach for a Diamond-Plat Team

We are Poro Gaming League. We are looking for people that mainly want to play in tournaments and want to try to get competitive team. We just started up and have two teams (Silver, Diamond-Plat). I'm a diamond player that thinks that I definitely think that i could do something more with this organization. We are just starting out so we are just looking for people that want to make something from the ground up. I'm basically looking for higher elo that wants to analyze and coach a diamond-plat team. Hoping to get practices going on 4 times a week and would like it if the coach was there to watch or even to watch replays. I can answer all your questions if you have any!
