Looking for serious ranked 5's Team

I am a 17 year old Silver II in Season 4 player looking for a ranked team! I've been playing since Season 3 and can play any role well. Based on the current meta's I'm more rounded towards a mid laner recently and would like to play it on a ranked 5's team.

I'm looking for a team preferably Silver+, who are well organized and have some good goals. I am hoping this team will continue to play after placements even if the team only get's Bronze I. Climbing the ladder is a lot more beneficial than being placed Silver I. At least then we have the experience as a TEAM behind our backs and are ready to tackle Gold Teams that are in synergy.

I am also looking for a team that will be playing Tournaments, I love to be competitive and wanna play a few.

I use Curse Voice & Skype

As for Schedules I am good for the follow;

Monday - Off Tuesday - 8-10:30 Newfoundland time or 6:30-9 EST time. Wednesday - 8-10:30 Newfoundland time or 6:30-9 EST time. Thursday - 8-10:30 Newfoundland time or 6:30-9 EST time. Friday - 8-12 Newfoundland time or 6:30-10:30 EST time. Saturday - Anytime Sunday - Preferably off but I can play this day.
