Serious Ranked 5s Team Captain recruiting Gold 3~Diamond V Only

Let me start off my stating that if you accept me as your Captain, Commander, Shot Caller--whatever, you will not be disappointed. I've led quite a few teams over my history of league, and the reason why it is "quite a few" is simple because of commitment, but if you do decide to commit we can easily achieve Diamond V or better for ranked 5s.

You're thinking that I'm not as good as stated: but believe me my shot-calling abilities are legendary, my supporting great, but not legendary, and my teamwork legendary as well. Once again you will not find a better leader as myself, even leading a team of Gold 3s against diamond players would be child's play for me. Keep in mind this is assuming that those Gold 3 players main their roles they're playing.

Now that you have an understanding of what I'm about let's refresh the requirements to be apart of my team.

Requirements You have to be Gold 3~Diamond V. If you're below Gold 3 you likely don't have the fundamental basics needed to work with a team yet. If you're higher than Diamond V, for some reason this crazy notion that "I'm good" comes across your brain; therefore, you do silly things in game, and get entire team killed... "But I'm Diamond!" Good job. _^ Must have teamspeak, so go download or if you already have it--good. Practice is also required in order to meet my standards. In my time of leading ranked 5s games, there was only one I've lose, and it was simply due to not practicing. Must meet practice times "9pm Eastern Timezone" Also in order to communicate with you all properly download the "curse app" on your phone, and you will be added accordingly. Finally, add Gaxloom on League Client.
