The Communist Power Rangers Creating Serious Team! D5+

If the title doesn't already cover the main idea, allow me to explain further. I'm Brodavid, the manager of the Communist Power Rangers E-sports, and the individual responsible for the management of our Smash, Street Fighter, and Hearthstone players, as well as recruitment for other divisions. Our goal right now, and with this post, is to recruit a League of Legends team. While our name has been attached to League of Legends teams in the past, we encountered problems trying to do too many things at once, without proper staff to handle the load. With about a 4 month break from League, we're now hoping to jump right back in, with some structural changes and re-prioritized focuses. What This Team Is Meant To Do: Practice roughly 20 hours per week, both scrims and ladder practice, on an agreed upon schedule Climb through the 5 man League system to increase opportunities and meet individual goals Participate in tournaments as they're available Create a cohesive unit that can represent The Communist Power Rangers name on the Rift How is it structured? The team will consist of the 5 man roster, as well as a dedicated manager who will work with myself to schedule scrims and search for tournaments. Once a projected roster is decided on, the team will enter into a tentative state where a schedule will be made in accordance with the players needs. During this tentative period, players will be under more scrutiny to meet practice times and perform. After a couple weeks, necessary changes will be made, and if no changes are made the team will officially start. After the official start, the team will continue to practice on schedule, and will then be participating in tournaments. Outside of the practice schedule, a time will be set for tournaments based on the average time and day of tournaments using the new system. Tournaments occurring outside of that time will be discussed as a team to decide participation, and tournaments occurring during normal practice time will take priority over practice. What do we need? We're currently looking for the following roles: Top Mid ADC Support Note that we will accept Jungle applicants, however recruiting that position is not currently a priority. Heavy emphasis is placed on the application as it's more convenient for myself (spends a lot of time away from computer at school and work but can access Google Drive via phone).
