Diamond 3 ADC Looking for serious team

Hey there summoners, my name is Gustavo and i'm currently Diamond 3 ADC main. I'm 17 years old and I'm looking for a serious team that has plans to join NACS or just to improve in order to get in such tournament. My schedule is 5pm-12pm week days and free on weekends.
