Putting a 5s team together BRONZE-SILVER only with Coaching and managing

Hey guys, I'm going to be putting together a team consisting of Bronze to Silver level players. This team will be oriented towards improving both teamplay and team strategy as well as making you better players for solo q. You will have the opportunity to create synergy between players. The team will be coached and managed totally by me. Progress will be marked and the team will be formed as a Semi-Pro serious team in lower ranking. Anybody willing to apply for the team must be able to play a minimum of 3 times a week, possess a microphone and have a Skype account(Low background noise). Players are mended not to rage, flame, blame or insult any other member of the team or the enemy team. Bashing is strictly forbidden. As a coach and manager I will be setting up scrims, ranked games, tournaments and any issues within the team. Players are required to be willing to improve and help improve the team. Criticism(constructive) will be given after every game, and global reviews of every game played will be made. Role(With your 3 main champions): Yasuo, Zed, Kassadin. (I play AP mid laners, but AD champs are easier for my playstyle.) What you are good at and looking to improve upon: I'm good at keeping a good attitude through the game no matter what is happening in my lane, (Getting camped, etc.) or what is going on in other lanes. One thing I want to work on is efficiently roaming. In my elo, when I roam, the lane I'm ganking usually goes way too ham, or doesn't go in at all and the roam ends up failing.
