Seeking new team to play league with

I recently hit level 30 and started to form a team with my friends how ever ever since i hit the milestone I have been neglected any gamed without shenanigans and have had no chances to improve in top mid or jungle (my preferred lanes) unless I playing with one person at a time so I am now seeking a team who can cooperated and work together with. I do not need to play ranked I just want a team to play with period. I have skype and can no longer take the spot im in and need change. I will miss my old friends but I can longer play with them. I hope to find friends in the new team more than anything as now i feel like an outcast as I do not find fun in what my current friends find fun.
