Putting together a Ranked Team for Tournament play!! North America

Hey guys!! I am putting together a Ranked Team for Tournament play!! Rolls aren't set yet but still need a few people who are interested and can make time to practice.. Its not all about how high your KDA is or what your average CS is (Granted that helps in a game).. What matters is how you play with other people and whether or not you can become a good teammate and a great friend (you cant be on the same team and not be friends, seriously!!)..

Also, if you don't necessarily want to play but would like to give good feedback and watch gameplay feel free to let me know as well

Bronze and Silver is welcome to play and try out Gold+ is preferred to play and try out

Must haves: 18+ Curse Voice A Mic and/or headset that does NOT have background noise At least 2 available days a week for practice (day and hours may vary) Willingness to operate as a team The understanding that this is for competitive play 4 or 5 Champions that will mainly be played and worked on

"18+" 18 or older.. that's all..

"Curse Voice" This is a "Skype like" program that takes up next to no space on the computer and helps communicate safely with other people for practice and WILL be used every time we play together..

"At least 2 available days a week for practice" The days and hours may vary, one week it may be Tuesday and Friday the next Saturday and Sunday.. This is all based on the teams day and night schedules and each individuals needs.. Practice is a MUST if we are to take the team into any sort of competitive play!!

"Willingness to operate as a team" is literally just that, working together, calling a missing lane and enemy spells/ults ect.... There is going to be no dedicated shot caller at this time so calling things out is for the benefit of the team and the game.. everyone makes mistakes and rather than call someone out on it and complain.. help them get better or don't say anything at all.. there is no need for toxic behavior or thinking you're better than someone else because your ranked higher in solo/dynamic queue!! This is a team being put together of a bunch of individuals with the same goal and that's "To have fun while being the best you can be as a team"

"The understanding that this is for competitive play" The plan is to enter small tournaments and work on turning league into more than "just a game".. having a good attitude and playing though out the entire game every game, meanwhile doing the best we can in every situation..

"4 or 5 Champions that will mainly be played and worked on" The reason we will be mainly using 4 to 5 champions every game instead of a different one every game until we run out of champs for that roll is the same reason the professional teams do it.. Work on someone for a while and you get good, the better you are........ well.. the more asas you can kick!!

Instant Kick from team/group - Unsportsmanlike Conduct or Toxic Behaviors such as: Cussing out a teammate for dying/feeding - Its not ALWAYS their fault Flashing a mastery level on your champion - All around makes you look like a total fool Rage Quitting - We all feel the same sometimes, just play the game until its over Being "That Guy" - Really not needed, its not funny True troll picks - I hope you understand why this is here
