Anyone have a suggestion for a good club to join?

I made one but it hasnt been very succcessful. I wanted to join a friendly club that help me find others to play with and even people to teach me some stuff. Also is a club the same thing as a clan or team? If anyone has any answers they would be greatly apreciated.
