LF Ranked 5s that plays regularly

Im Gold 1, recently decayed from P4 since I stopped ranking due to dynamic queue.

I play all roles and would like a team that switches roles up once in awhile but not needed.

My worst role is ADC, although its still average for gold. High plat is where I start to lack at ADC.
