LF Duo or Team

DUO Im am currently being tossed between gold 4 and gold 3 repeatedly (about 5 times now) and am looking for just a person i can rely on not to feed or throw a game away, and not go afk. Im a pretty positive guys though it is getting sort of frustrating being demoted right after i get through promos. lf g2+, we can use any voice comms you want, or none at all if thats what you prefer.

Team Aside from that i am looking for a new ranked team, one that plays no a schedule, can commit to playing, and doesnt flame/rage or any of that at each other. looking for a team of atleast gold+ members

i main support and jungle, though i play adc and mid rather well too. I do not play top as the meta champs arent really my playstyle reply or add me in game, thanks :)
