I have wanted to be an analyst for a team for quite some time now. The team's that I've played on have always been democratic, having no shot-caller so to speak. I prefer to train with and coach teams towards attainable goals in game that are easy to correct and to break down. The game shouldn't need someone calling dragon or telling zed to go bot lane. If your team truly practices a strong play style with the intention of getting better as a team and also regarding individual champion mechanics everyone should be able to make their own decision with little communication. The brunt of work should come into play regarding individual player mechanics, which I also believe can easily be broken down up until the very top level of competition.
What I intend to bring to a team is positive atmosphere and a willingness to improve. I've played on many teams; we've beaten lcs teams, we've beaten challenger teams. Conversely we've lost to teams much lower rating than us as well.
If you wish to work with me be ready for criticism and dialogue. I never flame people, I never say something without a reason and I do not get angry. All that I ask is that people remain level headed and open minded while we work together to play to your strengths and correct any weaknesses.
My prefered method of Analysis and/or coaching would be film review. Which requires someone to save a lol recorder file after a couple of team games where everyone plays seriously/connects etc etc.
