L.F. Bronze (B3-B1 preferably) Players That Are Serious About Leaving Bronze

As the title suggests, I am looking for Bronze players that are serious about helping each other to leave this godforsaken ELO lol My vision is to recruit 'mid' to 'high' (I shudder as i'm typing those words) tier Bronze players or anyone that mains a Champion boasting at least a 53-55% winrate over 18 games, to queue Ranked Solo/Duo as much as possible with each other to build a rapport with one another. I think that's very important because it'll teach us about each others strength & weakness, habits, etc. If we happen to succeed in our goal with ease through our newfound-bond, I honestly think we can climb to a higher division with the same effectiveness. Looking forward to climb that ELO mountain with y'all!

UPDATE As of 11:38 AM Central time, so far we are sitting with around 9-11 players? I see those numbers climbing much higher by nightfall. If the number of recruits exceed my expectations, i'm afraid i'll have to put a cap on membership. My intentions are to keep the clan membership to a fairly small number for the moment so we can maintain a tight-knit group.
