Creating a silver+ team

Hey I'm looking to create a team with anyone Silver V and above. I can no longer stomach the constant afks and feeders in solo que. It's really no that hard not to feed. I only have a few rules for the team.

  1. Must have Curse Voice to communicate.
  2. Can not be a chronic feeder, no 1v5 dives, no fighting a laner who is stonger than you over and over, no general stupidity.
  3. Must be a team player, it doesn't matter who carries. Objectives come BEFORE chasing kills.
  4. No raging.

I know I might seem a little serious but I just want to have fun in the game and am tired of solo que. So let me know a little bit about yourself and who you play and all that. We play a lot on wednesday/thursday and a little bit later in the night a few other days. Pacific time zone.
