Gold Supp LF Duo/ Pref adc/jungle/mid

I was Gold last season and am looking for a duo that can hold there own and can make plays in team fights later on in the game, if you are jungle or mid. If you are an adc i'm just looking for someone who ither A: knows what they are doing and can slaughter bot lane with me B: can farm if they don't have the flow of the lane down and properly team fight, follow up on plays.
