Starting player - Need some help if someone has the time

Hi Everyone

I am a new player to this genre, I initially started with Dota as I have a friend playing it but I did not like the game. I think the art was not to my liking. I tried League when another casual friend of mine suggested it, he went overboard trying to convince me to try it out when he heard I had tried Dota but did not like it. I am now lvl 16, with that small Intro out of the way let me get down to the real issue.

I played some bot matches, learned a bit and then tried a normal match and got flamed hard. I understand I was at fault for not understanding how things work but I thought the best way to learn would be to play a real match. I ended up feeding the opposing champion Yasuo and then basically he destroyed my team later on. After that experience I have this fear of playing live matches and instead play co-op matches instead (with bots on one side), I have got better at controlling my champion and have a much better idea of how to go about things. However there is still some stuff I am not completely down with (When to kill Baron, how and when to ask for help with jungling, wards etc)

I have looked up some of these things but I think I will have to play a real match to actually figure out when and how to do it. I have some random friends (players who friended me after a bot game) but they are either not online or hard to reach. The friend who introduced the game to me has always said that he would personally play with me when he gets the time to as he was grinding her way to 30 himself (he did not want to transfer her account to NA and so decided to lvl a new account on NA) but I rarely see him online.

If you are still reading after this wall of text then thank you, I am hoping for someone to maybe help me out with a match, I just want to play versus someone and get some advice on what I did wrong. I understand that everyone is busy but I would be really grateful if someone would be willing to play a match against or with me. I hope to get some experience before I try a live match and not get flamed hard. I sometimes get flamed for no apparent reason in bot matches as well, and I play decently well. at least for an intermediate setting versus bots.

If anyone is looking for a new player to join their clan/team (I know this is a long shot) I would love to join, I will suck slightly in the beginning but I learn fast and should be good in a relatively short amount of time.

I normally play Fighter as it fits my playstyle, the champs I play the most are Jax and Pantheon, I also play support Kayle.

Any advice that you feel would help out a new player would be great, I have read and watched a lot of beginner tutorials on youtube, at this stage I feel know most of the mechanics but I lack the practical experience. I play on the NA server
