Diamond Player looking for other people to climb to challenger this season

My main account is mastawarcok which i got diamond last season. Currently playing on my alt account which is plat 1 at the moment. I main top and can play mid. i do good consistently and carry most games. Looking for other people that can carry there own weight to climb to challenger. Looking for someone who can mid/jungle/adc, no supports please unless with a good adc. Trying to assemble a group hopefully.
