Silver ADC/TOP LF 5s

I am currently silver 3 but have made it to gold promos earlier this season. I'm looking for a team to play with in order to expand my macro knowledge when in top lane and also learn more about bot lane dynamics and becoming an adc that is easy to carry through lane, but pulls my weight in mid-late game. I play very frequently and am down to practice in ways that are more than just normals. Includes theory discussions, cs practicing, 1v1's and whatever training methods could make the team better.
