I am looking for people to join my ranked team... I main Mid. I need a ADC I need a Support(Open) I need a Jungler I need a Top Laner

I would also like for those who want to join have these characteristics:

-Take criticism well -Listen to the captain or the shot caller -Ping well -Be able to tell me anything that you don't like -Be active as much as possible

Also i try to make everyone happy if you have an idea for the team or something i should do better or someone else should do better please speak up. Comment on this post or add me in-game @ VeTz Cynical We will make a name when all of the roles are taken

-Role- Jungle Main -Champ Pool- Amumu, Zac, Warwick, Shyvana, Diana, Xin -Positives- Shot caller, Flexible, Fast Learner, Leader, Team Player (ie. will sacrifice my life or score for the team), Ganks (Even on devour champs) -Negatives- Counter Jungling -Rage at all?- Over a year ago I was a semi-toxic person (even then never to people I know), but not at all now -How you play?- Very aggressive (gank heavy jungler :P) -Do you take criticism well?- I love critisism, biggest problem with my last team was the lack of communication, bothered me to no end that people weren't helping each other improve through constructive critisism (keep it constructive though please, no ragging on team mates) -Shotcall?- I am a shot caller, hate being in the back seat, I like being the one making the smart decisions and having a solid team behind me

-Role- Adc -Champ Pool- Sivir Corki Graves Lucian Caitlyn -Positives(What your good at..Ex-shot calling)- I do very well in the early game, and my team fight positioning is very good. -Negatives(What you need to work on.. Pinging)- I usually forget to buy wards. -Rage at all?- Never, but I can take same close loses hard. -How you play?(Aggressive, Passive)- I am usually aggressive, but it all depends on the lane match up. -Do you take criticism well?- Yes, I use what I am told to get better. -Shotcall?(You don't have to)- No, I rather listen to calls.

-Role- ADC -Champ Pool- Graves, Jinx, Lucian, Caitlyn, Ashe, Corki, Sivir, Vayne -Positives(What your good at..Ex-shot calling)- Farming, Setting up for objectives, knowing when to be aggressive and when to be passive -Negatives(What you need to work on.. Role: Jungle (support as well). Champ Pool: I am experienced with Lee Sin, Nocturne, Skarner, Xin-Zhao, Pantheon, and somewhat experienced with many others. Strengths: Game Strategy, Time-management, Vision Control. Weaknesses: Sometimes mechanics, Champion pool and play-styles. No issues with anger/raging. As a Jungler I try to manage time carefully, but generally play an aggressive invading and skirmishing style. I always look for faults in my own play and accept criticism with grace. I have experience shot-calling in a few other teams, I will listen to whoever is in charge but I am also comfortable leading myself.

Main ones are vayne, twitch, jinx, ezreal, and varus. -Positives(What your good at..Ex-shot calling)- Lane experience/ knowledge, i know which lanes to plays afe, which to be agressive, whent o freeze, whent o push into tower. i have 500 ranke dgames this season and 400 are adc. -Negatives(What you need to work on.. Ex-Farming.. Pinging)- Mid game decision making, when it seems like theres nothing good to do ont he map, not owers or objectives or lanes ot push idk what to do, doesn thappen often but it does happen. -Rage at all?- Nope. -How you play?(Aggressive, Passive)- Opportunistic, I capitalize on enemy mistakes. -Do you take criticism well?- Constructive criticism yes. Negative criticism no. we can go in depth about this question once you talk to me. -Shotcall?(You don't have to)- Prefer not to, but i like to be able to call out bad shot calling at the end of a game if it happens. during game i will listen to calls, good or bad.
