Creating a Rank 5s team

This team will have practice a lot and will be joining an amateur lcs by mid march so i want to find players who are committed in climbing the ladder and also learn how to play as a team instead of going into every game with a solo que mentality. Practice times have not been scheduled out yet until i have a full 5 man roster to discuss out when people can and cant be on. just warning you though the alcs game times start at 2 so if you cant make that time then im sorry i cant accept you. ign- pointnclick rank- s5 (g3 s4) )= role- mid/adc. i enjoy mid more but far better at adc... top 5 champs- draven/cait/jinx - diana/heim/cass strengths- strong commitment, map awareness, communication (extremely active) weakness- sometimes i can get tunnel vision in lane shot call- yes i can but prefer not to as adc, shot calling as mid not so bad.. rank 5s- yes, plenty

IGN: nucleophilic atk Rank: S5 (gold 4 promos in s4) Role: Been playing ADC recently Top 5 Champs: Cait, Vayne, Varus, Ez, Sivir Strengths: (Compared to my ranked) Csing, not dying. Weakness: Rotations. If their adc is bot lane, I tend to be bot lane. Also position, though this might be a result of low elo players not know what peel is. Probably a combo of both. Can you shot call: I like to think I make smart decisions. Do you have Rank 5 experience: A couple teams. Been on 1 ranked team as ADC and we are 4-2 :D

Can only trian or play on weekends school some times on week days.
