Need A Plaut-Silver Supports/Adcs

I am looking for either 2 adcs/support for my ranked team!! My team is missing the biggest role/roles!

I need A really good starting Adc and a sub! Depending when which player is on then the starter would most likely start! If we are happened to lose 2 games each position will be swaped with their sub and then we form a roation! This is to make the team better and have a higher chance of wining!
