Looking for a Mid-Gold to High-Platinum Top Laner for a Ranked 5's Team! :D

I am looking for a Top laner for my ranked 5's team. You must be somewhere in the mid-gold area (gold 4 and better) to the high platinum area (plat 3 at the most). We already have the other 4 positions filled and we are just looking for a top laner to finish off our team! We strongly prefer if you could play tankier champions and use teleport to fill this top lane position as we are an objective based team and always look for the smartest and most calculated opportunities to take control of objectives, such as dragons and jungle control.
