LF Team for Season 6

I'm currently looking for a new serious Ranked 5s team for the new upcoming Season 6. I can play pretty much any role but I prefer Top, Support and Jungle. (In that order) I have Skype and that's all that i'm willing to use simply because the other programs make my PC lag. I strive to get better always.
