Diamond ADC LF 5s

Hi, my name is Julien, I am 20 years old, I am currently looking for a team that is already in diamond elo that needs an ADC. I already played in some diamond teams, alto none of them were serious stuff. I want a diamond team that look forward building synergy try and apply strategy, that take critics etc. I have very strong mechanics with a lot of the ADCs, I will usually play the best tier ADC in the current patch. Also before doing some match on the 5s, I want to do some DuoQ with the support to forge a synergy. Main goal : Reaching Challenger and do challenger series. My game time is 4 PM EST (May vary depending on my sort-of work) until 11-12 PM EST (I prefer 11 so I can sleep since I have to wake up at 5:15 every morning 6 days on 7).
