Looking for teammates to start a ranked team summer 2015 [LFM]

To start off i want to say this is a serious league team we want to start however we will obviously have fun, its a game, we must have fun! We might have a practice schedule and such and some sort of training playbook time. We will work on things such as counter picking, team fight positioning, team combos (Jarvan knockup, Yasuo ult, Jarvan ult, Gnar stuns and slows). So me and a buddy are trying to start a ranked team for the Summer 2015. Neither of us are ranked for the simple fact that we didn't want to be stuck in bronze. Back in December we planned to start ranked with a team but we have had trouble finding members because we can't find anyone that plays League at our school. So we have decided to try to recruit on here and we have some requirements we are looking for. Nothing really harsh, just the basics you would want to start a ranked team. This may be long so bare with me. So just to get to know me and my friend we each recently started playing a lot and have gotten better, but we are not diamond's by any means. I started playing around October 2014 (so quite recent) and i have managed to improve and learn quickly. My friend on the other hand has been playing since season two but stopped for a long time and recently started in November with me. I currently have around 200 wins in normals (isn't a lot but whatever) and my buddy has around 300 even though he has been playing since season 2 (which sounds bad but he's pretty good). We play regularly, at least an hour a day on weekdays and at least 5 hours on the weekend as a whole. But i usually play way more than that. We plan on getting to Gold or at the very least Silver.

** Requirements are as follows:**

• At least 200 wins in normals
• Must have Skype and mic
• We want non-toxic teammates (who doesn't :P)
• Must be able to play at least 2 positions
• Must be available at least 3 days out of the 7 day week
• Willing to practice
• Willing to work with us on certain thing's such as counter-picking opponents, champ strats, team fight positioning, etc.

We are looking for specific positions also. I main jungle and can support well. My buddy mains mid but has been in all positions.

We need:

• support main who can play a secondary position

• ADC main who can play a secondary position (if you and a friend duo bot lane, even better)

• Top main who can play a secondary position

  We plan on making this a full committed team so we may have a practice hour for working on mechanics with certain champs. We will most likely have you pick three people to main. Each main will Counter another's counter. Basically you will have three champs you main and each will counter a common champion played at the current time. We aren't making you play specific champs, however we are trying to be able to make excellent use of the champs you have experience on through counter-picking. While we are very serious about this we still want to have fun of course so don't think we will be like school teachers giving you homework or giving you a hard time for ks'ing, missing a drag or baron steal, losing lane, etc. We are all still learning more as we play. We will focus on things like team fight positioning, ward placement and sweeper placement, counter-picking enemies, Wombo combo combos such as the Gnar, Jarvan, and yasuo combos or the Amumu, Orianna, Missfortune combos. If you have trouble last hitting we will also work on that so we can get you to a certain farm in X amount of minutes.

  As of now that is all we are looking for (i know its a lot xD) and it is kinda a big commitment but we plan to be a very very good team in the future and we have not found a team name so we are open to ideas. Also I'd like to say that we are open to any coaching we could get from someone with Platinum or higher ranked experience (just for the sake of safety).
