Looking for solid duo partner to play tons of LoL with, going to create Team this is the start!

Hello fellow chuckers, I have been playing LoL for a long time now. I feel i know the game very well and am looking to one day in the near future have a very solid team going but first I would like to higher my solo que so I can attract more solid players and I believe I am a spot now that I have a much better chance of advancing quicker if I have a solid duo partner.

What I am looking for is someone who is very active player able to put in the hours to get a solid synergy going I am currently able to play as I plz and I am looking for someone with the same dream as me and the vision and mindset to make it a reality.
