The core of this strategy would be to push down to their inhib so quickly that they are too weak to even fight them off. The champions I have in mind are Trist/cait, Azir for his passive, Nid for her heals and attack speed buff, nunu for self heals and attack speed buff, and hiemer for turrets and passive team hp regen. A few summoner heals would be essential as well.
