LF Team (diamond)

My main is: TugonmyPubes (add me here) Looking for an all diamond/plat3+ team! I mainly play top lane: Riven, Gnar, Irelia are my top 3 picks. Looking for a serious team that at the bare minimum is plat 3+. I'm 18 years old, playing league as kind of a full time thing and looking to get better as a player. My secondary roles are Mid/ADC. In mid I will mostly want to play LeBlanc, but I can pull out the Kass and Zed. As an adc I like to play Graves/Vayne/Lucian as my top 3. When I play top lane I like to take TP and make the teleport-plays.
