Looking for a Team

Hi, guys. I'm an adc/mid main. I really want to grow as a player and as a teammate. Really looking for a ranked 5 team to join that will help me with my mechanics and communication. This game is a passion of mine and I really want to reach Platinum this season. I know its a far reach but its my goal. I have Skype and can update Curse if necessary. I'm available after 3 pm anyday and I am central time. I am currently Silver 4 and I was bronze last season. Just add me in game or comment on this. I'd love to here from you all.
