New Upcoming eSports Team looking for Players

Hi im captain Javier i am forming a New eSports team that is currently under construction we will have sponsors and our own website coming soon! we are currently talking to sponsors as well to promote and help the team get known and spread the word. We welcome any elo players to tryout for the team but we strongly suggest having Platinum to Challenger players. here is our processes into our recruiting: 1] you must be the age of 17 and up 2] we look at your gaming skill in league of legends if you pass that you will be shortly interviewed. 3] if you made it this far you will be placed in one of four or two teams that will compete for the chance to represent the eSports club in a 4 to 2 team(depending on how many participants) tournament(BOF3). note the teams will be selected by us based on who we want to see play in a certain team to test synergy of who we believe would work well together. (tournament will be possibly streamed as well) 4] we will be looking for subs so dont be discouraged if you lose in the tournament if your skill was great enough trust me we will notice it and call you in for a second interview. (Note: we Do Not Tolerate Toxicity! )

Why you are interested in joining: Being a professional gamer has always been a dream of mine. I haven't until recently been able to strive for such a thing and joining an esports team with other dedicated and competitive players is exactly what I'm looking for. This is a long term goal and I plan to take this 100% seriously, being punctual and positive throughout the entire experience.

Why should we choose you?: I have a lot of time to play and practice. I have a lot of experience and have been playing League of Legends really since season 1. Casually at the start and have only been able to take it seriously recently thanks to real life free time. I'm always positive and try to keep everyone in a good mood even if we're losing. I typically bring good things to the team I'm on; good plays, possible strategies, an experienced player, simply being friendly and competitive. I always strive to be better and would rather blame myself than others for mishaps and I actually learn from my mistakes and improve off of them. And above all else, because you want me on your team.

Are you able to shot call? I've heard I'm a good shot caller, but I prefer to focus on my own game. But i can.

Are you willing to learn new champs to fit our comps?: Very much so yes. While I have fun with the champions I currently main I am open to new things What can you bring to this team? I feel this question kind of doubles up on the "Why should we choose you?" As I can bring experience, a positive attitude, and pure skill, I can also assure you I won't quit. I'm not a quitter and have never been a quitter. I pursue what I want. I'm typically the adhesive that a team will need to stay together. I'm very vocal and will make sure we're progressing rather than making the same mistakes/using old strategies that may not be working.

Why you are interested in joining: Aside from the adoration I have to be a Pro player, I want to show up my friend BunnyFuFu to challenge who the Best Support Thresh is NA. I've always been looking for a dedicated team, and another Coach or player to help me hone my skills and expand my knowledge.

Why should we choose you?: I feel like I can bring a lot to the table, In my spare time I do Coaching for players and also Analyse their game to help them and me learn more about league. I am currently in the passion for Shotcalling and the in dept mindset I have for league really helps me with that plus I love the game and have plenty of spare time. I also have good communication skills and work best with others.

Are you able to shotcall?: Yes, I spend tons of time practicing and like I said above I spend a lot of my time learning everything I can about League.

Are you willing to learn new champs to fit our comps?: I am Open, If needed I can adapt but I'm sure my pool can fit any style.

What can you bring to this team? Similar to the, "Why should we choose you?" question. I am a Veteran of League and feel I am very wise in game knowledge and communicative skill between teammates.

Why should we choose you?: I have great team communication and i nearly never tilt, rage, or even give up for that matter. I Believe the key to winning this game is through team skills, and i can bring those to this team.
