Starting Diamond Team

Hello, my name is Shawn. I am looking at starting a Diamond 5's team. I understand that I am not diamond, so I will not be playing on the team but I will be taking a manager type role. The team will be made up of 9 players. Obviously 4 will be subs but for the start of the team the players that are more active will be the players that will be on the main part of the team. I am looking for the team to be fairly active and get in at least 10 ranked 5's games in a week. I will also be looking to get the team into some tournaments. Tournaments could include anything from small community tournaments to online paid tournaments which I will have no problem putting money towards that. If you are interested in the team then let me say this. This will be a serious team! When we set a time for everyone to be on and playing I expect you to be there. I understand that some people have busy days but if you say you can make it and don't show, then do not bother coming back to the team unless it was a emergency. To communicate we will either be using Teamspeak or Curse. Make sure you have both downloaded. Please fill out this forum.
