Looking to start a ranked 5s team

Looking to start a ranked 5s team, and if you're toxic, or just leaving after one loss, do not waste my time. I'd like to play a string of normals first so we can get comfortable playing together, before we just rush ranked. Add me on league at Rynmao, and message me your role.

MY schedule: I work first shift and am a father, so i get off at roughly 3:30 est, and can be on from 5-9 everyday of the week and weekends i can be on longer. Please please please have curse voice or skype. Look to see you on the rift :D

LOL in itself is competitive . . . I've had 3 teams each one end up with use getting placed and then they stopped playing

Support main and Jungle as back up

4 years of experience and experimentation if i find a better way of doing things you'll know.

strengths: calling situations(this includes success of ganks, baits, flow of game, and objectives)

weaknesses: 4 mans, seriously how difficult is it to ping and ward,
