LF Active players for 3s team

Looking to create a team full of active players that will all help grind the team to challenger. Plat+. I don't care if you have much 3s experience because it will be easy to adjust if you are good. Don't add me on this account, it is just a smurf, put following information like my example. I'm a jungle main but looking for a 2nd and possibly 3rd jungler so we can have multiple groups grinding the same team.
