Looking for a team

Never done a ranked game, need some more IP to buy 16 champs. Level 30 summoner. Just looking for some Skype friends to game with when I jump on there and possibly make a serious team. I mean its hard to gauge what your level of play is since you play mostly bot games. I feel like my level 25 friend is better than you he has about 100 normal wins but he plays against Golds, Plats, and Diamonds (because our groups premade MMR is so high) and doesn't play bots at all. So, comparatively even though he is lower level he can hold his own against veteran players. Maybe you should find what level of play you are at so you can really get a group of people who aren't so strong that you feel useless playing with them or so weak you have to carry them every game.

When making a team you will want to be relatively close in skill so that you can grow together and no one is playing catch up with other members.

I play normal as well, I just haven't found my best roll due to the fact that during pick-up games they're always someone ruining it for the rest of us. That's why I'm just looking for a team of anyone honestly. The more I learn now, the more I can grow. I just need a bit of help myself to start.
