Jungle/Mid/Top player looking for a team

Hello I am looking for a ranked 5's team, I am a silver 2 pleb with decent game knowledge, prior experiences in shotcalling and a Massive champion pool. I am extremely communicative in game, receptive to criticism out of game. I am looking for a fairly serious team my hours are pretty flexible and i am determined to become a better player in my role and a better team player. Top 3 champs in their receptive roles are;

Mid: Cassio, Ezreal, Orianna Top: Maokai, Gnar, Irelia Jun: Rek'Sai, Nunu, Gragas
