New 5s Team

Hey everyone i want start a ranked fives team now in the preseason to build some chemistry by the time season six starts back up and i know people will ignore as its the preseason but we can enter in little tournament before the season begins. So I've tried this already once this week and the people who came just were not active enough. Im looking to get a team of five together(and a few subs) who can play in the afternoons on weekdays (weekends will be discussed) I need the team to communicate well together and be able to learn from mistakes. The goals for this team is to get into a couple of tournaments and even win some (tournaments are not hard to get into we can probably do one a week) and at the end of season six to achieve Plat+.
