WEEKEND Ranked 5's (Plat 1 solo q and above players only, please)

Creating a weekend (plus Monday's) serious Ranked 5's team. I am looking for committed players to play every weekend and who are minimally plat 1 in solo queue. Need all positions except for support; will try numerous people out for the other four roles until I think i've found the best possible team. Don't be discouraged if you see a lot of one role applying, will be trying out everyone if you've met the criteria i'm looking for;

Mainly I need you to be able to communicate but not annoying, be confident in your role but not cocky, listen to a call no matter what, and never hesitate. Please remember this when trying out as I'll be watching for this.
