Mini Tournament Series

One aspect of League of Legends that most people miss out on experiencing is ptofessional like series that take place across a season between a certain number of teams like the LCS. Sure theres Flex Queue but i just feel it doesnt have the same strategy, teamwork, communicatiom and competitiveness required so i would like to host a semi competitive series with preferably 6-10 teams playing against other teams a few times a week across the season. Id prefer if all players in this series were high bronze to low gold to keep teams fair. Please add me on league if ur interested or reply here. Thank you all!
