LF Team For Ranked Bronze/Silver

Hey guys. I'm currently looking for a few good players in Bronze/Silver to climb out of Bronze. I have friends who are in gold that I am better than, however climbing out of Bronze is a bit tough considering half the time my team has no idea how to play the game. I am a jungler main. I can also play mid or support very well. Top if absolutely needed. I dont adc. I play all those roles very well, but my favorite and best role is currently jungle. I'd like to get a team together than we could talk over Skype or some other source of voice chat to communicate better. Not needed, but preferred.
