Dedicated ranked 5's silver team looking for players to join. Top, Jungle and support
A teamate and I are looking to recruit Silver-Low gold players to join our ranked teams in which we will play normal games and work our way up to ranked 5's once we have synergy and cohesion. If all looks well, we look to participate and see where we go from there. As stated in the title, I prefer only dedicated players. As for the type of players, I will list them below for each role.
Note: We do not need a shotcaller, everyone helps out.
Top Laner-Should be able to play meta tanks like Tank Fizz and Tank Ekko as well as Maokai and flex to carry top laners such as Vlad and Fiora.
Jungler- Must be a roleplayer, meaning he must be willing to play to what the team needs.
Support- I prefer a support that is well rounded and a teamplayer as well as having a decent champion pool.
For any player to apply however, there are a set of guidelines that you must meet if you are dedicated. I will list them below.
Guidelines:
- Do not put yourself or anyone else above the entire team. (A wolf is only as strong as the pack and the pack is only as strong as the wolves that are in it.)
- Do not be cocky or conceited in your behavior or you will not be considered once we deem you so.
- Be willing to learn and grow as a team. This means learning to bounce back after a loss and reset your mentality.
- Be willing to practice with us and give time to get better as a team and bond.
- Absolutely, no coaches and no ranks higher than Gold IV(4).
- We do not want any players that tell other players what to do, as this only creates a feeling of superiority and inferiority. Constructive criticism ONLY.
- Be able to use CURSE VOICE or DISCORD
- You must be mature. I don't want any kids that rage and squeek.
- Tempered and calm personality

Tell us why you are good at your role: I know the jungle well, i know how to counter jungle and make the enemy gank to where i can see him then rotate the gank on a diffrent lane.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Counter Jungling, warding and teamfighting: Weaknesses: Ganking losing lanes, somewhat CS'ing.
How do you compensate for your weaknesses? By farming and ganking winning lanes

What are your strengths and weaknesses? Strengths are ganking, objective control. Weaknesses are lux tilts me and over committing.
How do you compensate for your weaknesses? Playing smart and communicating with the team well.

Why should we pick you over over players? I've been a dedicated player for over 2 years and I would like a team to bond and improve with.

Tell us why you are good at your role: I am a very proactive player and like to have a lot of map presence. I gank when the opportunity comes and like to play aggressively early to get my lanes ahead so they get lvl 3 first. I also counter gank whenever I am on the same side of the map. And I get first blood and steal their buff at lvl 2 pretty much every game.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? I am aggressive and get ahead early, but sometimes I try to hard to get ahead early and get tunnel vision.
How do you compensate for your weaknesses? I know how to play when behind if I am behind, which gets me caught up and in a position to carry the late game. If I am behind, I am still proactive and make myself useful, whether it be split pushing to split their team or go tank.
Are you a team player? Yes, I am a team player.
