Lf consistent duo (pref jungle/adc) Gold+

As the title says, I am just looking for a consistent duo that wants to put in a push for whatever ranking is obtainable starting with plat first and just seeing where we can go. I peaked d5 last season then dropped as I coached a team and didnt put alot of time into this account more so just played here and there. But am looking to really get back in the groove with just a consistent duo.
