Amateur LCS series LF Casters, Writers, Cameramen, and Video Editors!!
True Minded Gaming is a gaming organization that runs an amateur LCS series that is starting August 27th. The series is going to host 12 teams, who play 6 best of 2 matches per week, 3 on Saturday, and 3 on Sunday. Game times can be found below. All games are going to be streamed,d and we currently have 4 pairs of casters, and 2 cameramen. We have just over 2 weeks left until the series starts, and we want to make sure that we have the staff we need to make this series as entertaining, fair, and consistent as possible. For that reason, we are looking for the following positions:
Casters - we are looking for both play by play and color casters. Casters for the series will only cast on series a weekend, unless they want to do more. This is only on average, 2 hours of actual work a week, but there are weekly meetings in which casters meet with our head of production, and head caster, and then afterwards discuss things that they could do to improve.
Cameramen - Cameramen, also known as streamers, are people who stream the games onto our twitch channel, while being in the Teamspeak or Mumble room with the casters. This means that to be a cameraman, you need a good mic, a good computer, and consistent internet. We have two very dedicated cameramen at the moment, who will be teaching those who join, but we are recruiting more cameramen to allow our more experienced ones to relax and not have to do as much work as they previously did.
Video editor- We are also looking for video editors to make basic highlights for our series. We have many different jobs that we need done, which range from extremely basic to complex. If you are interested in making any of the following four our series, then you might be interested in being a video editor for us: Basic highlights for each match played, montages of the best plays of the week, play of the game, etc. Trailers for game of the week( a weekly game we pick that is hyped up), and trailers for playoffs.
Writers- We are also looking for writers who are interested in watching the games played and writing articles about them. Your work will be put on our website, our subreddit, and our series forum. We are also looking for writers to make power rankings every week for the series.
