ADC Looking For Team!

I'm a 17 year old who puts a lot of time into this game either watching it or playing it. I've reached diamond 4 around mid season 4 but I stopped playing and decayed to plat 5, I started playing again and de ranked myself to gold 2 from being really rusty but i'm looking to reach my potential again in season 5 and join a team as well. My main champions as ADC are Vayne / Corki / Lucian / Ezreal. I understand a lot about the game and i've been playing since season 2, I watch a lot of OGN and LCS whenever i'm not playing and I think that joining a team that is at least a little bit serious would be really fun.
