Looking for GOLD/PLAT mid/adc/top mains for serious flex team.

I'm attempting to create a team that takes ranked seriously and actually gets online when they say they're going to be online. My overall goal is to create a team that communicates and works well with each other, because after enough time spent together through normal/flex games, I would like to start entering us into Leagues and Tournaments.

For scheduling purposes, the ideal time I'd like everyone to be online is about 9pm est, which typically turns into playing until about 2-3am. If this time frame doesn't work for you, then please just ignore this post altogether, because we need people that will consistently be online when everyone else is. Waiting around for an hour in lobby because 1 member is missing is very frustrating and a waste of time.

As for ranked flex, although I'm ranked gold in flex, my jungler and I (support) played with a previous team for the last 2 months which netted us very high MMR in comparison to my rank. What I mean is, EVERY SINGLE RANKED MATCH we are que'd against maybe 1 gold, 2-3 plats, 1-2 diamonds. I'm not saying diamonds are in anyway good players, but what I am saying is that most matches will have a challenge curve to it, and not every single one will be a push over (unless we end up really being that good). And for the people that say "what about your last team" - due to schedules they aren't able to play as much as they used to play, thus the reason to create this new team.

Lastly, the most important thing that I can't stress enough is communication. I want people that constantly talk when the game is going on. If you sit silently in discord just waiting for little moments such as "yasuo is missing" or "warwick was just top" - please ignore this post. You need to be able to speak your mind and keep the team informed at all times. And please, please have a sense of humor. We're masters at talking shit, and we do it often. If we picked you to be on our team, then clearly we think you're a good player, but trust me - we're still going to talk shit, and we expect you to do it too.

So yeah, I typed wayyy too much for just trying to build a simple team, but if this is something you'd be interested in, just add me in game. I'll give a bunch of people some try-outs in norms, and we'll see how everyone works out.
